Set against sweeping views of the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, the curated seven-course experience offers a measured exploration of the restaurant’s signature creations, celebrating premium seafood, Japanese craftsmanship, and bold regional flavours. Highlights include Otoro Nigiri crowned with Oscetra caviar, Hosomaki Lobster Tail, Char-Grilled Wagyu Flank Skewers, and a choice of Full-Blood Wagyu Striploin or delicately prepared Miso Black Cod.
Alongside the recently launched tasting menu, Li Jiang’s signature dining experiences continue throughout the month. Vietnamese Night presents an exclusive six-course journey inspired by Head Chef Pham’s heritage, while Unlimited Sushi & Sashimi Night showcases expertly prepared rolls, nigiri, and delicate sashimi. Fridays remain dedicated to Lobster Night, where premium Canadian lobster takes centre stage across an elegant four-course menu.
