Founded by Pierre Hermé, who was named the World’s Best Pastry Chef in 2016 and the fourth most influential French personality in the world by Vanity Fair, the Maison is renowned for its evolutionary approach to haute pâtisserie, pushing the boundaries of taste and creativity through the finest ingredients. From the rigorous selection of raw materials to the precision of each pastry-making technique, Pierre Hermé’s creations have borne the hallmark of luxury since 1998. Creating distinctive tastes and flavour combinations much like an artist, Pierre Hermé crafts each masterpiece with meticulous attention to detail, designed to evoke taste, sensation, emotion and pleasure.
Spanning 250 square metres, the new address offers a generous setting in which to discover the full breadth of the Maison Pierre Hermé Paris universe. From breakfast, lunch and dinner, the menu invites guests to explore the signature creations of Pierre Hermé alongside a thoughtful selection of savoury dishes, viennoiseries and plated desserts. Iconic creations including Ispahan, Infiniment Vanille and 2000 Feuilles sit alongside all-day highlights such as Infiniment Pistachio French Toast, Avocado Toast with Confit Egg Yolk, Eggs Benedict with Smoked Salmon, Thai Salad with Tender Beef, Roasted Cauliflower and Pan-Seared Beef Tenderloin, alongside the Pierre Hermé Chicken Croque Monsieur and Pierre Hermé Beef Burger.For something sweet, guests can discover creations including Millefeuille Minute Infiniment Vanille and Chocolate and Pistachio Profiterole, while an elegant selection of confectionary and iconic macaron boxes offers plenty to take home.
